Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As an essential member of our team, you will provide exceptional service throughout the customer's journey, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
- Process day-to-day transactions efficiently and effectively
- Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Contribute positively to the Branch's targets, collaborating with colleagues to drive business results
- Stay up-to-date with technology trends and innovations, introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in better managing their banking needs

- Proven customer service skills, demonstrated through work or community involvement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Familiarity with digital and self-service banking options, with a willingness to promote these services to customers
