About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and listening to understand their requirements
  • Processing day-to-day transactions
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships with customers
  • Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Sharing technical expertise with customers to help them manage their banking needs effectively
