Job Summary

destinationone Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Secretary to manage the company's corporate records, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and handle corporate governance matters. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and transparency of our corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Corporate Record Management: Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents, in a secure and easily accessible manner.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and implement corporate governance policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of corporate conduct.
  • Documentation and Communication: Prepare and maintain documentation for board meetings, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings, and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role, preferably in a law firm setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
