Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Record Management: Maintain and organize corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and legal documents.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and Communication: Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications, and liaise with directors, shareholders, and regulatory authorities as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
