Job Title: Associate Account Executive

Aon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Account Executive to join our team. As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients' portfolios within the risk management group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Account Executive, manage client renewal process by collaborating with all members of the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are met.
  • Identify specific client risk exposures and work on a wide variety of clients to manage their risk management needs.
  • Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables.
  • Assist with establishing account specific service plans and delivery approaches which support coverage solutions.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients on policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive.
  • Assist clients with interpretation of insurance clauses within contracts/agreements.
  • Explore with the client opportunities for expanded Aon products or services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum five (5) years of commercial insurance experience is required.
  • Level 1 licence is required; Level 2 license preferred or working towards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven success working collaboratively within a successful team and also working independently with minimum supervision when appropriate.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the proven ability to multi-task.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office package.
