The compensation range for this role is CAD 65,000 – 96,000. The actual salary will depend on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and internal equity considerations.

Daily Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Account Executive, manage existing client portfolios within the risk management division. Engage with a diverse array of clients to identify specific risk exposures as necessary. Oversee the client renewal process by collaborating with the client service team to ensure coverage is maintained and client expectations are fulfilled. Process client requests and review documentation for routine policy adjustments, additions, deletions, or cancellations. Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage accounts receivables. Assist in establishing tailored service plans and delivery strategies that support coverage solutions. Address client inquiries regarding policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive as needed. Aid clients in interpreting insurance clauses within contracts and agreements. Explore opportunities with clients for expanded Aon products or services. May collaborate with multiple Account Executives. Support the Account Executive in new business initiatives through tasks such as coordinating marketing material distribution, maintaining regular contact with prospects, and assisting in the development of new business strategies. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications for Success

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial insurance is required; Marine experience is a plus. Level 1 license is required; Level 2 license is preferred or in progress. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a successful team and independently with minimal supervision when necessary. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines. Proficient digital literacy and experience with the Microsoft Office suite.
