The compensation range for this role is CAD 65,000 – 96,000. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity considerations.

Daily Responsibilities

Under the guidance of the Account Executive, manage existing client portfolios within the risk management division. Work with a diverse range of clients to identify specific risk exposures as needed. Oversee the client renewal process by collaborating with all members of the client service team to ensure coverage is secured and client deliverables are fulfilled. Process client requests and review documentation for routine policy modifications, additions, deletions, or cancellations. Prepare client service summaries, program reports, and manage client accounts receivables. Assist in establishing account-specific service plans and delivery strategies that support coverage solutions. Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverages under the direction of the Account Executive as necessary. Aid clients in interpreting insurance clauses within contracts and agreements. Explore opportunities with clients for expanded Aon products or services. May collaborate with multiple Account Executives. Support the Account Executive in new business initiatives through tasks such as coordinating the distribution of marketing materials, maintaining regular contact with prospects, and assisting in the development of new business strategies and account penetration. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Experience for Success

A minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial insurance is required; Marine experience is an asset. Level 1 license is required; Level 2 license preferred or actively pursuing. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a successful team as well as independently with minimal supervision when appropriate. Exceptional attention to detail, refined organizational skills, and the proven capability to manage multiple tasks. A demonstrated history of prioritizing competing priorities and meeting deadlines. Strong digital literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
