Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing leadership to our front desk staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise staff and perform front desk duties, including establishing work schedules and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations and conduct training sessions
  • Organize and maintain inventory and supervise a team of 5-10 people

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Outlook
