Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing top-notch service to our valued customers.

Job Summary:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff knowledge and skills in areas such as customer service, conflict resolution, and communication.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available to meet guest needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of guest services.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Enforce policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
