We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless operations in our hotel, motel, or resort setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Perform front desk duties, including checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and managing hotel operations.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
