Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at the NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and perform front desk duties
  • Establish work schedules, enforce policies and procedures, and develop and implement policies for daily operations
  • Conduct training sessions and organize and maintain inventory
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
