Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supervising staff, and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and address customer complaints or concerns
  • Supervise staff and perform front desk duties, including establishing work schedules and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, conduct training sessions, and organize and maintain inventory
  • Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to staff to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
