Job Summary

Du'aa Consulting Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Financial Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers and establish policies and procedures.
  • Training: Train other workers and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide customer service.
  • Logistics: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Record-Keeping: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Management: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and recruit and hire workers.
Work Environment

This role requires a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Language: English.
