Job Summary

MFR Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare and assemble data for reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train and support staff members as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
