Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at MFR Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain accurate records and files
  • Coordinate office services, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor employee performance
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team of professionals. The office is located in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation.
