Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at The Rumour Mill Bar & Grill. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and coordinating office procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget planning.
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
