As an Enrollment Support Specialist, you will connect with students, engage them in the enrollment process, and provide holistic support to remove barriers to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with enrollment teams, including A&R, Financial Aid, and Early College, to ensure seamless student support.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and address student barriers to enrollment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, both in person and via email, to provide clear guidance and support.

Requirements
