Certified Field Trainer Job Summary

As a Certified Field Trainer at Rentokil North America, you will play a critical role in the development and growth of our Pest Specialists. This position requires a strong background in pest control and excellent training and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-the-job training and provide peer support to new Pest Specialists
  • Develop and maintain Field Training Checklists and ensure completion by new hires
  • Provide regular check-ins and meet-ups with new hires during their first year
  • Complete associated documentation for records
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience with Rentokil North America as a Pest Specialist
  • Fully-trained according to Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5)
  • Licensed with appropriate state/province applicator license & categories
  • Favorable ratings from most recent Annual Performance Review
