At Highbrow LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our trading floor staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident Management: Manage incident reporting processes, logging issues promptly, diagnosing problems, and escalating them as needed to ensure timely resolutions.
  • System Coordination: Coordinate and support system changes, user builds, and desk moves, planning and executing hardware and software installations while maintaining up-to-date documentation of system configurations.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess 5+ years of hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments, proficiency in using ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing systems for at least 5 years, and 5+ years of experience supporting Android and iOS devices.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically supporting desktops on the trading floor.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
