About the Role

As a Customer Service Ambassador at Pet Valu, you will play a vital role in supporting our Devoted Pet Lovers (customers), store associates, and internal partners by providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide assistance with loyalty programs, e-commerce platform, and in-store experiences.
  • Log all interactions into a ticketing system for proper attention and follow-up.
  • Ensure standardized response processes are followed and updated as required.
  • Maintain high service levels by meeting or exceeding key performance goals and metrics.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate; University or College Degree is a plus.
  • 1-3 years' customer support experience.
  • Retail experience.

Additional Skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening skills to assess situations and respond appropriately.
  • A team player with the ability to work with other departments, customers, store staff, and Franchisees.
  • Flexible to work rotational evenings, weekends, and Stat holidays.
