About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team at Pet Valu. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities


• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, and social media.


• Provide assistance with loyalty program inquiries, E-commerce platform issues, and in-store experiences.


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on issues as required.


• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve service processes.


• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements


• High school graduate; university or college degree an asset.


• 1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in a retail environment.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.


• French language skills an asset.


• Availability to work rotational evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.
