We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Ontario Ltd.

About the Role

As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, prepare minutes of meetings, and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, confirm travel arrangements, and manage calendars.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and relay messages to staff members.
  • Project Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Data Entry and Maintenance: Enter data into digital databases, maintain accurate records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Electronic Scheduler, Social Media, and Electronic Mail.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
