Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Communications Strategist to join our team at Behaviour Santiago. This role plays a key strategic role in overseeing major projects such as the implementation of our new intranet and the development of the annual internal communications strategic plan.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership position within our organization. As Chief Communications Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the annual strategic communication plan, focusing on internal communications and employee engagement.

  • You will establish and execute communication plans for diversity and inclusion initiatives, HR, and optimize channels used.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align messages and communication initiatives with company priorities, providing exceptional support to colleagues.
  • Ensure company positioning, organizational values, and employer brand consistency across all communication strategies and content.
  • Lead the implementation and management of the intranet (Hub) and ensure its regular updates.
  • Propose innovative communication content ideas and creative campaigns to maximize impact and ROI of communications.
  • Develop an internal communication calendar and oversee its adherence, ensuring message clarity and consistency across channels.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, or a relevant field.
  • Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
