As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a vital role in driving growth, improving performance, and ensuring we achieve our strategic ambitions.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of designing, managing, and scaling talent management programs. As Chief Sales Performance Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales performance strategy that aligns individual goals with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a leading Performance Management framework and routine for Kensington's Sales organization.
  • Create data-driven insights and enable decision making to maximize business value, efficiency, productivity, client service, and talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation, helping to define and implement new measurements and management routines.
  • Lead relevant projects and change management connected to talent management, including communication, training, tools, and overall deployment.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development and Operational leadership to create bespoke career pathing to accelerate pipeline.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of holistic KPI development, expertise in data and analysis, and excellent collaboration skills. You should also have experience with HRIS systems, project management, and change management. Additionally, you will need to be able to lead and influence across multiple teams, drive transformational change, and foster an inclusive environment for your teams and colleagues.

What We Offer:

As a Chief Sales Performance Strategist at Kensington Tours, you can expect a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
