Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at CSN Collision. As an experienced professional in the collision and repair industry, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing detailed repair estimates.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize dealership and automotive repair knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
- Collaborate with autobody technicians to ensure accurate assessment of repair needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair estimates, upselling additional services when necessary, and addressing customer inquiries.
- Accurately complete estimates according to company standard operations procedures for estimates and parts.
- Ensure customers leave with a clear understanding of their insurance and are aware of any required deductibles.
- Handle cash transactions related to estimates and repairs with professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements

- 5 years' experience in an estimating role within the collision and repair industry is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to accurately assess vehicle damage and repair requirements.
- A strong understanding of private insurance companies' guidelines;
- Proven track record of upselling services while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and sales techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing tasks efficiently.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including extended healthcare plan, paid time off, and training and development opportunities.
