Automotive Fleet Manager

Drive your career forward with Driving Force Vehicle Rentals, Sales and Leasing. We are seeking a skilled Automotive Fleet Manager to join our team.
As an Automotive Fleet Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle rental fleet. This is a permanent full-time position that offers a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:
- Create work orders detailing damage or customer complaints.
- Identify units that need staging for vendor movement in our system.
- Manage the ordering of new license plates and maintain an inventory of unused equipment and accessories.
- Ensure fire extinguishers in vehicles are current and up to date.
- Collaborate with the Rentals department for license plate renewals and order rental supplies as needed.
- Work with the company's wholesale department on logistics for de-fleeted units as required.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Previous experience in customer service and automotive industry considered an asset.
- Effective in a role that emphasizes observing, inquiring, assessing and making decisions following company guidelines and policies.
