About the Role

About the Job
  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (based on location and experience)

Responsibilities
  • Create compelling content that resonates with our brand values and enhances our marketing goals
  • Manage social media presence across various platforms to drive conversions and engagement
  • Collaborate closely with our team lead to create impactful and effective content
  • Build and maintain relationships with fellow sales representatives to maximize lead generation efforts
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and strategy
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Utilize personal network and relationships to drive sales
  • Sourcing sales through digital platforms
  • Creating and executing strategies to generate sales offline
Requirements
  • Legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
  • Prior sales experience with self-sourced leads
  • Active social media account
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools advantageous
  • Genuine interest and eagerness to learn about our products/services
  • Access to a reliable phone and/or computer for content creation
