Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing them with personalized banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and provide them with personalized banking solutions that meet their financial goals and objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with our branch team to achieve business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and provide customers with accurate and timely information to help them make informed decisions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is desirable.
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers, and how each can best serve customers' individual needs.
  • Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
  • Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
