The Stonewood Group Inc. is seeking a results-driven Vice President Services/Partner to spearhead the diversification of our service portfolio by introducing and leading a new consulting practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales executive with a strategic mindset and exceptional communication skills to drive business growth, expand our services portfolio, and lead from the front in a rapidly evolving industry.
We are looking for someone with a strong track record of building practices in services businesses or driving growth in software businesses with services components.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing specific plans and strategies for positioning our firm in new markets, capturing revenue and profit objectives, and leading business development efforts to introduce best-in-class solutions and services to the market.
You will also play a major role in account development, closing complex deals, building ongoing relationships, and maintaining senior-level relationships with existing customers.
We offer a highly competitive base salary of $175,000 - $225,000 per year, variable compensation, and equity package to the successful candidate. The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of experience, including five years in a leadership capacity with specific revenue growth responsibilities, and a strong team orientation well-suited to building consensus in a growing concern.

Requirements:
- At least 10-15 years of experience in services sales with superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of building a practice in services businesses or driving growth in software businesses with services components.
- Minimum of five years in a leadership capacity with specific revenue growth responsibilities.
- Strong team orientation well-suited to building consensus in a growing concern.
- Toronto-based or willingness to relocate to Toronto.
