Digital Marketing Strategist for Growth and Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist for Growth and Expansion to spearhead our global demand generation function. This role involves a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, planning, and executing multi-channel lead generation and nurture programs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing a variety of digital campaigns to grow Quantcast on a global scale. This includes designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive platform sign-ups, engagement, and retention.
This role requires a proactive and positive team player who is organized, detail-oriented, a strong multi-tasker, and adept in running growth experiments and managing B2B SaaS digital campaigns.
Responsibilities- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive platform sign-ups, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns, including product-led growth, display, paid social, email, content, paid search, and SEO.
- Responsible for running paid ads across our own platform, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit, and optimize for conversions (CRO).
- Create industry-leading landing pages and optimize website for SEO to drive organic traffic from high-traffic keywords.
- Monitor competition, industry trends, and identify growth opportunities in the target markets.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of growth marketing experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience with Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce required.
- Skilled with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellence in partnering with commercial teams to drive revenue.
- Creativity to develop impactful and engaging campaigns.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000 based on location and industry standards. Additionally, this position comes with eligibility for a performance bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package, including hybrid work flexibility, generous vacation time, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement plans.
