**Job Summary:**

We're looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and Implement Global HR Policies: Create and execute HR policies and programs that support our international operations and align with local regulations.
  • Partner with Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to identify HR needs and create tailored solutions that foster engagement and retention.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategies: Oversee talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds across borders.
  • HR Support and Guidance: Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and professional development initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Cross-Cultural Training and Development: Facilitate cross-cultural training and development programs to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.
  • HR Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in our HR practices.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on international or cross-border operations.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance organizational goals with employee needs.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
  • International experience between the Americas, Europe, and/or the GCC strongly preferred.
