Position Overview:


As our Human Resources Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global HR strategies and initiatives. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams across different regions, ensuring that our HR practices align with our values and support our business objectives. We'd love to meet you if you have a flair for building relationships, a knack for navigating complex international HR issues, and a commitment to enhancing employee experiences.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support our international operations and align with local regulations.
  • Partner with leadership to identify HR needs and create tailored solutions that foster engagement and retention.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds across borders.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and professional development initiatives.
  • Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Facilitate cross-cultural training and development programs to enhance team collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement in our HR practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on international or cross-border operations.
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance organizational goals with employee needs.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data analytics tools.
  • International experience between the Americas, Europe, and/or the GCC strongly preferred.
