Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

We're Edelman, a global communications firm that partners with businesses to evolve, promote, and protect their brands and reputations. We're seeking a seasoned leader to helm our national Influencer Marketing team.
About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you'll develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results. Your expertise will be essential in cultivating a high-performing culture and managing a diverse team of influencer marketing experts.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to create innovative influencer marketing solutions
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of influencer marketing experts
- Ensure our influencer identification, vetting, negotiation, contracting, management, and reporting processes are seamless and robust
- Grow our influencer marketing business through exceptional storytelling, strong relationships, and great work
- Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends, including disclosure requirements and performance best practices
- Coordinate program integration with specialties like Insight and Analytics, Paid Performance, and Creative
- Manage multiple influencer projects and team members to ensure deadlines are met, reporting is thorough, and budgets are continuously met
- Develop content and brand overview documents for influencers outlining program creative requirements, communication mandates, and contractual expectations
- Advocate for the value of thoughtful, rigorous, and creative influencer marketing within the Edelman network and the marketing industry
- Embody a leadership style built on empathy, innovation, diligence, strategic thinking, and collaboration
- 7-10 years of experience in Digital, Content, or Brand Marketing
- 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
- 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including influencer identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting, paid promotion, and reporting
- Demonstrable experience in managing a high-performing team is essential
- Experience developing and leading integrated campaign strategies
- Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously, including digital content development
- Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, importance, and role
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
- Strong research, writing, and editing skills, as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of internal contacts, demonstrating a consistently high level of verbal and written communication
