Job Title: Account Director, Influencer Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned Account Director to lead our Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Manage and grow a team of influencer marketing experts
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate influencer marketing with other marketing channels
  • Manage multiple influencer projects and team members to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are continuously met

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or brand marketing
  • 5-6 years of experience in social media and community management
  • 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, including influencer identification, program management, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion, and reporting
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a high-performing team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience developing and leading integrated campaign strategies
  • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple medium to large-sized projects simultaneously
  • Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop influencer plans
