Job Title: Influencer Marketing Director

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Director to join our team at North Strategic. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for leading our influencer marketing practice and developing integrated strategies for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and building strong relationships with clients and influencers. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals and working closely with our creative, digital, and media buying teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for clients
  • Manage a team of professionals to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
