Job Title: PR Account Director, Influencer Marketing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned PR Account Director to lead our influencer marketing practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives
  • Manage and grow key client relationships, building trust and credibility through exceptional service and results-driven campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer marketing with other marketing channels and ensure seamless execution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, continuously adapting and evolving our approach to meet client needs
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation for influencer marketing campaigns
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategy and optimization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and other industry partners to drive mutually beneficial collaborations
  • Develop and implement effective measurement frameworks to track campaign success and ROI
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns that drive business results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing budgets and resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in influencer marketing, with a passion for continuous learning and adaptation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
  • Experience with influencer marketing tools and platforms, such as Traackr, Tagger, and CreatorIQ
