Job Overview

As a seasoned leader in the influencer and social/digital space, you will be responsible for driving the agency's influencer practice forward. With a strong background in agency settings and a passion for the ever-evolving creator landscape, you will inspire and guide your team to deliver bold creative ideas, build deep client relationships, and execute with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead flagship accounts and shape the agency's influencer practice
  • Proven excellence in senior client CRM, communications, and account management and growth
  • Ability to lead new business opportunities and develop integrated strategies
  • Deep understanding of the evolving creator, social media, and digital landscapes
  • Big picture strategist with attention to detail and executional excellence
  • Experience with social and digital paid amplification, influencer management tools, and data-driven decision making
  • Skilled in developing targeted influencer strategies, measurement frameworks, and campaign execution
  • Effective communicator and leader with a strong ability to manage up and down with ease

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in the influencer, digital, and social space, developing integrated strategies
  • Agency or client service experience with a proven track record of building high-performance teams
  • Proactive leader with a genuine curiosity and commitment to continuously learning about the influencer and social/digital space
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, presentation, and communication skills
  • Dynamic team player with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional leaders
