About the Role:

The Senior Influencer Manager is a key position at Behaviour Interactive, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with content creators and devising creative influencer campaigns. This individual will be directly involved in developing and nurturing our Fog Whisperer program, which aims to collaborate with top influencers in the gaming space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer campaign strategies to support key marketing objectives.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to improve our Fog Whisperer Program, including collaborating with the Community, Brand, and Marketing Communications teams.
  • Closely track and analyze key results to learn from successes and failures, and build plans to adapt based on those learnings.
  • Drive conversation and engage with Fog Whisperers and organic influencers across various channels, including Discord and Twitch.
  • Stay up-to-date on upcoming trends in the influencer space and identify potential new partners for our program.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to execute on bigger brand initiatives.
  • Develop and pitch content creator campaigns to engage our influencers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience working with gaming influencers or in the Community Management space.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for the influencer and content creator communities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A solid understanding of the video game streaming space (Twitch, YouTube, Tik Tok) and what makes a top influencer in the space.
  • Bonus: Experience as a streamer in the video game space.
