Business Development Representative

At CWB Financial Group, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and budgets by prospecting, developing, and enhancing relationships with vendors and customers within the Transportation, Forestry, and Construction markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop new Equipment Vendor accounts
- Drive the credit and lease processes through generating quotes, applications, credit write-ups, and closing sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and budgets
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years' experience in equipment financing, commercial lending, or equipment sales
- Strong understanding of credit within various markets, including Transportation, Forestry, and Construction
- Solid negotiation, conflict resolution, time, and people management skills
- Ability to learn existing software and programming used in-house while remaining flexible to new technology
