Job Summary
Meridia Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and seeking out new business opportunities in the Ocean Tech and IoT space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
- Research and pursue new business leads, attending industry events and conferences as required.
- Prepare and submit technical proposals, RFPs, and RFIs to secure new business.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Production, and Business Intelligence, to ensure seamless sales activities.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
- Represent Meridia Recruitment Solutions at the highest level to clients, industry peers, and business associates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales/account management of technical products.
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to obtain CANADA and NATO security clearance.
- Available to travel domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ocean Tech and/or IoT sales experience.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce/MS Dynamics).
