The Senior Manager, Finance Transformation will play a pivotal role in shaping the finance function's strategic direction, driving the successful implementation of transformation initiatives, and positioning Finance as a data-driven, decision-centric team. This role offers high visibility across the organization, with opportunities to lead cross-functional teams, partner with internal and external stakeholders, and integrate cutting-edge technological solutions into Finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project development from business case to initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, estimate effort required for work packages, and coordinate resources through initiatives.
- Ensure stakeholders and initiative owners understand interconnectivity and dependencies that may affect successful delivery.
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects autonomously, providing project/process/change management and oversight during all project phases.
Requirements:
- University Degree in a related field, including Finance & Accounting, Engineering.
- Successful track record and + years in leading process improvement and change initiatives.
- Experience and knowledge of process improvement mapping, project management, and change management principles and methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
