Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project development from business case to initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, estimate effort required for work packages, and coordinate resources through initiatives.
  • Ensure stakeholders and initiative owners understand interconnectivity and dependencies that may affect successful delivery.
  • Manage multiple, simultaneous projects autonomously, providing project/process/change management and oversight during all project phases.

Requirements:

  • University Degree in a related field, including Finance & Accounting, Engineering.
  • Successful track record and + years in leading process improvement and change initiatives.
  • Experience and knowledge of process improvement mapping, project management, and change management principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
