Job Description


We are looking for a skilled project manager to support the Insurance Transformation Business Partners with in-depth data analysis and storytelling to drive the transformation agenda. The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of project delivery experience, a strong working knowledge of the Canadian P&C industry, and a background in insurance.


Required Skills and Qualifications



  • A related university degree in IT, finance, or business;
  • Strong program management background and deep understanding of the risks inherent in delivering organizational change;
  • Finance background with ability to build and monitor business cases for projects under cost/benefit analysis and key performance indicators;
  • 3+ years industrial experience in business intelligence analytics or reporting;
  • Previous experience working with senior stakeholders and in cross-functional team environments;
  • Proven ability to embrace and lead change, be highly adaptable and flexible, decisive, and display excellent judgment;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence both orally and in writing complicated subject matters to senior executive teams and critical business partners;
  • Robust problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and addressing risks and issues, ensuring the smooth progress of transformation projects;
  • Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is an asset.
