Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to promote teamwork and collaboration.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Open and distribute mail, packages, and other materials in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences to facilitate decision-making and progress tracking.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events with stakeholders and clients.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a seamless work environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to support business operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software applications.
