Job Description
This is a senior administrative support role that requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our executive team, including preparing complex documents, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a senior administrative support role;
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a computerized environment and with MS Office;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders;
- Ability to communicate in both official languages (English and French);
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector and Adult Abuse Registry Check deemed satisfactory by the Employer;
- Demonstrated knowledge and support of Actionmarguerite's mission, vision, values, Resident Bill of Rights, and policies and procedures.
