Job Title: Executive Office Coordinator

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Executive Office Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our senior management team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our senior management team, including diary management, email management, and document preparation;
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and databases, including personnel files, contracts, and other confidential information;
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for our senior management team;
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs;
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other materials to support business decisions;

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment;
  • Proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to senior executives;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
