Job Summary:

As a key member of the Whistler Blackcomb Events team, you will be responsible for coordinating office functions to facilitate the planning and execution of events that exceed the expectations of our guests. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment
  • Manage event registrations, including guest communication and participant tracking
  • Assist with the execution of events, including setup, registration, and tear-down
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and volunteers
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution
Requirements:
  • Strong typing and computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • On-snow advanced competence required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work efficiently
  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with a commitment to exceeding guest and volunteer expectations
