A Day in the Life
- Handle customer calls regarding appointment scheduling and ensure all service appointments are scheduled on time.
- Review unconfirmed appointments and contact customers to confirm several days prior to the scheduled appointment date.
- Contact customers about outstanding recalls or campaigns and book required appointments.
- Reach out to customers due for maintenance to schedule appointments.
- Offer alternative dates and times and book new appointments when customers are unavailable.
- Monitor incoming email appointments and book as necessary.
- Follow up with service customers after their visit and determine the quality of their experience.
- Update customer information on file and report any complaints to the Service Manager.
- Attend meetings and training as required.

What We're Looking For
We need someone with 2 years of experience in customer relations, strong organizational and people skills, knowledge of automotive equipment parts and accessories, good computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this position is $18.50 per hour, commensurate with experience and productivity.
