A new home for The Hoxton in Vienna is a remarkable opportunity for an experienced sales leader. With 196 rooms, a ground floor and rooftop restaurant, two bars, event spaces including a large auditorium, and a rooftop swimming pool, we are making our mark in this vibrant city.

We are looking for a skilled sales professional who can lead and manage our Sales Team from hiring and onboarding to team development, creating a proactive and high-performance environment where the team can achieve its goals.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a client portfolio, take the lead in price negotiations and client management, and ensure that we maximize our market share.
  • Leverage local market knowledge to stay one step ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the Austrian market.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and be goal-oriented.
  • Bring structured work methods to a dynamic environment that relies on flexibility and speed in many aspects.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams, working collaboratively to drive results.
  • Demonstrate analytical and methodical thinking, combined with attention to detail and a solutions-oriented approach.
