Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Western Overseas Immigration. The successful candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of work experience. Key responsibilities include reviewing administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and performing data entry tasks. This role also involves overseeing office procedures and planning budget and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, with a focus on maintaining a high level of productivity.
• Carry out various administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
• Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure accurate financial management.
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence as required.
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that funds are allocated effectively and efficiently.
