About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Vice President, Operations to join our team at W3Global. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of operational procedures and strategy for your regional portfolio, driving business growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to Regional Operations Managers (ROMs) to ensure measurable KPI targets are achieved, and operational processes are standardized across the region.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the performance of facilities within the region, analyzing and developing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for tracking, interpreting, and conducting budget reviews, ensuring revenue margins are optimized, and profits are maximized.
  • Customer Service and Community Development: Promote the company's brand and values within the community, building a strong culture and reputation that reflects our core values.
  • Training and Development: Oversee the deployment of training and education programs for ROMs, demonstrating strong mentorship abilities to support their success in their roles.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in a regional leadership role managing a geographically diverse operation within the storage, retail, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
  • Facility management/maintenance experience with an understanding of capital management is required.
  • Proven business financials and data analytics proficiency within sales, P&L, and capital management.
  • Systems and technology savvy; experience using programs like Yardi, Site Link, and Call Potential are an asset.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, with comfort in all MS Office suite products, including SharePoint.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to coach developing leaders and present to an executive audience.
